My name is Somesh.

I am an experienced Design Researcher & Innovator. I excel at uncovering deep insights and latent needs and then using that knowledge to conduct quick experiments to create Solutions that work. My solutions are always human-centered because they rely on deep user research and continuous validation.

I have worked both as an external consultant and an internal employee, which gives me a unique perspective to create strategy and plan execution. In my current role, I lead UX designers and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to bring innovation to the Lutron Lighting and Shades business.

And, if I still have some time left, I give it to reading fantasy fiction.
